| I have just downloaded the latest picolog software rev 5.15.6 which I am using with a ADC-11/10 USB & can get no reading when set to measure frequency. If however I use an older version 5.13.4 it works fine. I have tried everything I can think of but can't seem to get it to work. Any ideas? |

Hi I have tried to recreate your problem however it works with me.
Could you send me more information about your set-up and could you send me your .plw file.
Kind regards |

Thanks for the reply.
I just set up one input channel with measurement as frequency & input a square wave of 2.5v of varying frequency from a signal generator into the corresponding channel, I have verified the signal & frequency with Picoscope but with picolog 5.15.6 I get a reading of 0Hz. If I uninstall 5.15.6 & re-install 5.13.4 & follow the same procedure it works fine. |

Hi Paul
What sampling rate are you using? For the frequency measurement, you need to sample with at least 1 second intervals. Any less that this and it will not work properly. It needs a longer scan time to work out the frequency and 1 second is usually the lower limit.
