Where can I find the PICO TC-08 driver and header?

Hi,

I downloaded PicoFull_r5_13_9 from the Pico website, but I could not find any C++ source code/header. Could anybody tell me how can I get the tc08.h so that I can write my own program with Bordland C? Many thanks!
