Hi

we itend to use USB TC 08 and old serial TC 08 ON Picolog as multi logger .

it seen to cannot detect one of equipment . Kindly advise .

Hello Andy,

Have you recently updated the software?

If so, you may need to obtain the drivers for the other type of TC08. You can do this by running the install package again.

Otherwise, please give us more detail of the problem.
