Saving settings with 5.13.9 does not seem to work correctly

Hi,

I set the screen up with multiple windows as composite formats (are not appealing layout ) and then when I save settings and then exit program and re-start program not all of the measurement windows are present ( usually the scope window is missing )

Any advice on if this is a bug or I am doing something silly

This problem is being fixed and should be available in the next software release.
