Hi there...
We are looking at getting a portable scope for field work. We measure powerline stuff... like rf over powerline in the 150KHz range... but we also need input voltage protection too. I was wondering if the inputs on the 3206 for example was CATI CATII or CATIII rated like desktop scopes?
What is the maximum voltage you can measure with a 1x probe? etc etc.
Think these products are suitable?
Also when not in the field, we'd be doing development work, standard PIC chip stuff with dsPICs.

Hello,
At present, our scopes do not conform to CATI, II & III standards. Our differential input probe is CATIII rated for your safety. YOu will be able to measure high voltages with this probe.
Further information can be found her:
