Records problem

hi people.
my problem is the following: i make my measurements and record the results as a psd file. after work, i open the files and the records change, being quite smaller than the actual values (even though the max and min markers still indicate the correct values). the problem appears only on the graphics (i´ve pasted the data to a spreadsheet and all the data was there) and not in every record, nor every time I use the software. Looks like something that locks after a given moment, but i can´t find what is.

does anyone has any idea about how to fix this problem?
