We have a enviromon EL005 logger and system working ok for last 2 years which recently has been losing chunks of data. The number of readings downloaded each day looks correct but as you can see the spreadsheet is poorly populated any ideas

Hi

Thank you for your post.

This is something that we are looking into. If you have an older version of the software I recommend using this in the meantime as it appears to only be present in software from the last couple of years.
