Slow meter update rate

I've wasted several hours trying to get my PICO 3224 working properly and am still having problems.

My current favourite is this:
Why is the update rate of the meter display so slow? It is around 2 seconds, even though this is the only window being shown. Why cant I change the update rate and the sampling period for this display. Also, the menus freeze between updates. This seems like a very bad limitation of what could be a very useable, high resolution meter.

So far I am dissapointed with Pico products.

Forgot to mention that software is V5.13.7

Hi

Thank you for your post.

I will pass this on to our development department so it can be looked into. In the meantime I suggest using the measurments option on the bottom on the scope screen (accessible via the options menu). This will display readings on the bottom of the scope trace.
