|

I need 16 channels of measurement so I am trying to perform a test using both the USB and Serial TC-08s. I have installed the software for the USB but am having problems using the Serial TC-08 as the driver is not found.
Is it possible to use these two different types of TC-08 in the same test?
If so, how do I get around the driver problem? |

| I have also removed the software completely and re-installed just the serial version and the driver V2.6 is still not found when I attempt to edit the channel information in the recorder settings. |

Hi, We have used a serial TC-08 for years with good results. Friday we recieved a new USB TC-08. Two different computers recognise new hardware but cannot find drivers on the install CD or on the net. Is the top center LED supposed to occasionally light? Other USB devices work well in the same ports.
Thanks Jerry |

Problem discovered,
When downloading the software I neglected to check the box "use multiple devices" and therefore the software had only the serial driver. Jerry |
