Serial to USB Cable

I have two serial TC-08's and have just bought two Serial to USB cables from you to connect them to the USB sockets on a new laptop. I have followed the instructions in the booklet, but the "Serial on USB (COM XX)" does not appear on Ports (COM and LPT).
I have opened Pico Recorder and checked all 20 COM listings and the TC-08's cannot be found.

Please help!!!

Hello,

It sounds like the USB serial adapter is not installed correctly.

Try reinstalling the drivers and test again.
