Problem with AC/DC Switch ADC200

Hi, I have used ADC200 for a while, recently, I have a problem with AC/DC switch, the AC/DC switch disappears from the menu bar. So, I
can not switch between AC/DC mode. The machine seem to stuck on
AC mode only.

Information from the Help|About dialog is as follows

Release 5.05.1 - 32 bit
ADC200 Driver V2.05
ADC200-20 V5 on LPT1
Batch ?????
Cal Date
PICO.VXD V1.2

I have served in the web board and found that some people had the same problem, and the machine need a recalibration. By the way,
I am in THAILAND. Is there your reprensentative in THAILAND? I have
bougth the machine from JAPAN

Hello,

Your ADC2xx has lost its calibration information.

You will need to return the unit to us for reprogramming.

Please use your local distributor or use the distributor that originally sold the unit to you.
