|
|
Hi..
I'm using a ADC-100, and I'm trying to log a signal with rather high frequency (Don't know the exact one)..
But I'm having a problem with the speed of the recordings.. In my output i only get readings every 5ms.. This leaves me with graphs, that are rather useless for my purpose.. Can i speed it up somehow?
I've tried with PicoScope, and it seems, that the hardware is suitable for the recordings, but PicoLog wont do it..
Greetings

Hi
Thank you for your post.
For fast recordings in Picolog you need to use Fast Block Mode - this enables you to sample much faster.
Hope this helps

| Thank you.. it seems to work... but I can only record for a second with that setting... I need about 10 secs of recording.. Is that possible? |

Hi
Thank you ro your post - I am pleased it is working now.
Picolog can record a maximum of 1 million samples per file. There is no maximum record time as such to the software, just this sample limit.
Hope this helps

Hey MarkH,
Can you tell me how you managed to figure out the timing for the Fast Block Mode please. I have been trying so hard to look for a solution and its really giving me the headache
