I have a problem with the graph window freezing whilst Picolog is collecting data. The PWL recorder seems to continue to collect data but the graph window loses its display. Sometimes the PWL Recorder window loses some of its content.
This problem occurs using the latest software and various versions up to 2 years old.
It occurs on both my computers. My desktop is running XP professional fully updated and my Laptop is running XP home fully updated.
The data logging device is a ADC11-10 about 10 years old.
Can you help

Hello Ian,
You can reduc the number of updates in the graph view by editing the settings in the graph view. Change the "Update graph every X number of samples" to 5 or ten samples.
This will reduce the graphical error you have experienced.
