Crash on single trigger

I have an ADC-40, and it seems to be OK with auto or repeat triggers, but when I try single trigger then as soon as it triggers the picoscope program crashes. This happens with 5.13.3 and 5.13.4, and no error messages are produced by picoscope, but there is a DrWatson error in the event log, ID 4097, text:

The application, C:\Program Files\Pico\PSW32.exe, generated an application error The error occurred on 12/14/2005 @ 12:00:35.641 The exception generated was c0000005 at address 0045F1CC (PSW32)

Is this a known error, and is there a fix for it?
