Hi all,
i have a PT104 datalogger with 4 PT100 sensors.
i'm experiencing a problem in temperature measurement:
if I put all probes in the same environment i obtain 4 different read values from the 4 slots
even if I change the sensor connection position the 4 readings don't change in position
slot 3 always gives the lowest reading
slot 2 always gives the highest, and probably the most accurate
the difference between these 2 is about 0.35 degree
do you have a solution for this behaviour?
is it only a matter of calibration or is the device broken?
is it better to send the PT104 to you or to somewhere else in order to repair or calibrate it?
is calibration or repairmant a long procedure?
