The installer for the latest version of Picolog seems to be corupt, it hangs when i try to install it.

Operating system WinXP.

The not working version is webplw32_r5_12_7.exe.

Please ensure you have disabled antivirus software and that you have administrator/installation priveleges.

The problem is solved, some running software caused the problem.
