Voltage Reading using Dr Daq

I have connected Dr Daq via the USB /parallel port converter. All values appear to be correct except the voltage which continually reads 4996 mV. If I ground the connectors it still reads 4996mV. Any ideas ?

This sounds like a faulty unit. We would be able to fix this for you. If you bought it direct from us then please phone or email us to get a returns number. If you bought it from a distributer then please contact them for advice on returning the product.
