I 'd like to know if the inputs for the automotive oscilloscope can be configured as diferencial inputs or are they already in common ground mode?, what if I'd like to take readings directy from the battery terminals and at the same time connect the other channel to the positive terminal of the battery and to the positive terminal of the altenator to check for voltage drops in alternator to battery cables ?
The inputs to the Pico Automotive oscilloscope share a common ground, so if you are using multiple channels on the scope they will all have to be connected to the same ground.
