Hi..A few questions regrading the use of ADC-22.
I'm planning to monitor voltages across 20 channels. I tried the PicoLog Recorder to that and the graph mode on. The graph mode would sometimes crash and the only way I get it back is by a soft boot. I think the recording was still going on when I couldn't get the graph up. Could you please provide some advice on things I could do to avoid the software from crashing and ensure that there is no loss of data. |

Hi
Thank you for your post.
Firstly ensure that you have the latest version of software. We have posted a new one to our website today - 5.12.6. You can get this from:
http://www.picotech.com/software
Then check and makes sure that the spreadsheet is still recording the data - if it is then the files should be fine and you can export this data to Excel to create graphs if needs be.
If you have continued trouble with crashes then let us know and give us some step-by-step instructions to replicate it so that we can track down what is causing it as quickly as possible.
Hope this helps
Best Regards |
