Hello
I have a 3204 pico scope.
Does anyone have a problem whereby , if they set the timebase to 1 sec / div, the software hangs and a Send error / Dont Send Error for microsoft appears?
This happens every time. My PC is a 3.2Ghz with 256MB of RAM so I would have thought it had the power to perform the task
Any suggestions would be welcome

Thank you for your post.
Which release fo the software is this? I recommend trying the latest - R5.13.0 as this may fix this issue. You can download this from:
http://www.picotech.com/software
Let me know if you continue to see problems.

I am using version 5.12.8.
I have looked at the website and it indicates that I am using the latest version.

Yes, the latest web version at the moment is 5.12.8 although a 5.13 version should appear in the next week or so. If you would like to email us at tech@picotech.com requesting it then I will send you a version 5.13 Picoscope.
