Saving files as .prn or .xls compatible instead of .plw

Conditions still the same as sequential saving post. (thanks for V quick response).
The PC is networked, the software is on the PC, need to read the data on other PCs.
How can I with out going into Player /Spreedsheet /Save as .prn save the files in a excel compatable format automaticaly or is this a case of writing my own software???
Main issue is our IT police are not that responsive and i need a fast result on this project.

Just read across the archives ( yes should have done it first )
Picked up the code file from 'siongboon' has any one used this, had a quick look at it and it looks ok.

Hi

Thank you for your post.

I am not aware of any way to set it up so that it saves automatically with another extension. As you say, you may need to write your own software for this function.

With regards the code submitted previously, I have not tried this myself.
