Failure to download new software

How do I download new software? After completing the form, nothing happens, and the browser (both IE and firefox) appears to hang.

Also, is it possible to downlad upgrades without having to fill out the form each time?

The easiest way is the direct link -

http://www.picotech.com/software

To bypass the form there is a bar at the bottom - if you click on it then it allows you to bypass that page.
