ADC-42 in XP Prof.

I have got the latest updates.

Win XP Pro cannot find my ADC-42 on the default LPT1. The port is set to normal in the bios. I have gone through setting the converter Sad to LPT 1,2,3 but still no joy what next?

Hi

Thank you for your post.

Does your computer have anything else installed to the parallel port? If there is anything then try uninstalling it or pointing it to a different port as this could be causing a driver conflict.

The easiest way to overcome these issues is to use our USB to Parallel port adaptor. Please note that only our adaptors can be used with our products.
