Hello everybody,

I am currently dealing with some problems with ADC-11/12 (parallel port) and LabVIEW 7.0. I am using the newest Pico software, version 5.12.0 and Windows XP.

I am trying to use the LabVIEW example wich i downloaded from the official website but without any luck. As I see it, there must be an error in the provided example.

I am opening adc11.llb with LabVIEW and adc11_single.vi from in there.
A label on the frontpanel of the example tells me that Ports 1 is for LPT1, Ports 2 is for LPT2 and so on......altough if I take a look at the "Numeric properties for Port" and look at "description" tab it says:

Quote:
"Serial port that the TC-08 is connected to: use 1 for COM1, 2 for COM2 etc"

... Question Confused Confused Confused so...as you all can read I am a bit confused.....the example was dowloaded especially for ADC-11/12 but it seems that it is made for the TC-08 thermocouple data logger...what is the alternative?

Regards,
Adrian
