Picolog crashes

I am using Picolog under Windows 3.1 to monitor DrDaq on an old Toshiba T5200 luggable computer. Although Picoscope appears to work fine with DrDaq Picolog refuses to recognise DrDaq on LPT1 and crashes (divide by zero) when I attempt to put in channels. Can you help sort this out as I want to use the T5200 as a data logger with DrDaq.

Hi

Thank you for your post, I am sorry to hear that you have been seeing problems.

My advice would be to upgrade to our later versions of software - these require a higher version of windows. We have unfortunately stopped supporting the versions of our software that are for windows 3.1 but make them available as a service. We cannot however fix any bugs that may be present in them.

If you use a newer version of windows with a newer version of our software then this will solve your problems.
