Hi I sent off an email but got no response. I am connecting a micro to your V8.4 tc-08 via rs232 connection. I need to get a full "detailed" communication protocol. Who can I email for this?

Going off of what I found in your manual, I do have the device responding to my requests but I don't always get a three byte response and I am concerned the current response is some kind of error message.

Hi Eric

Thank you for your post, I am sorry you did not receive a reply to your email, I believe we sent one but had been having some mail problems. These should now be fixed.

With regards the serial protocol, there is detailed information in the help manuals of all serial port devices. We are unable to offer any more information than what is in these files.
