Can and if so which device would i need to be able to set up the 1v peak to peak on a cctv camera and so that i could see that the camera is set up properly.
If your product can do this is there a graph or diagram to see what i am looking for.

Thank you for your post.
It would be possible to put the signal you mention into one of our units to see the trace. You would need to ensure that the voltage input does not exceed the input voltage range of the oscilloscope.
In order to get a trace to compare to you would need to generate one yourself as we are unable to supply you with one.

Thanks for your post.
Just to clarify, what is the frequency of your video signal? around 5Mhz?
If that is the case then I would recommend a choice of 2 products to monitor this signal:
1) ADC-212/50 - A 50Msample/sec scope with a 12 bit resolution (good vertical detail), 128k sample memory.
2) PicoScope 3204 - A 50Msamples/sec scope with 8 bit resolution (lower vertical detail) - 256k sample memory - USB 2 interface.
The scope can be set up to view 1V pk-pk ranges, and a choice of volts versus time graph or graphical meter.
As a general rule, use a scope with a sample rate at least 5 times the frequency of the signal you are trying to measure.
