Hi
I have an environmon starter kit which I set up and which worked fine connected to my computer. Now I want to use it with a modem in a remote location. When I start the software without the environmon hardware attached to the computer it puts up the config page and asks me to exit to save the data so I do, then when I restart the config page reappears etc. How do I avoid this endless loop?

Hi

Thank you for your post.

Have you reprogrammed the unit again? Whenever you make changes you need to reprogram the logger.

Try this, and if you are still having problems then send us the envimon.ini file to tech@picotech.com
