Where can I find a discription of the function calls as well as description of the parameters passed and sent to and from the dll. I have a 3204 scope.

Thank you for your question. The parameter prototypes are explained in the PS3000 series help manual. You should have a copy of this manual, electronic version, on the Picoscope CD.
It is also available to download here. They are availalbe under the header Drivers, Example and Manuals.
