Thank you for your question. When purchasing the PS3205 no probes are included, they have to be bought seperately.

Hi,
Thank you for your email.
The probe that you use with the PS3205 can be either the 60 MHz or 250MHz. It will depend on the bandwidths you wish to view above the 60MHz you will need the 250MHz probe, but below either would be suitable.
