can you recommend a logger to record two 4-20 mA pressure inputs,
1 voltage input 0-10v with the flexibility to accomadate up to 4 additional inputs at a sample rate of around 20 mS the device will have to be capable of accepting any combination of these inputs in varying numbers sample rate can be reduced for some configurations also a circuit diagram showing 4-20mA connections would be helpful
thanks |

Hi Chris
Thank you for your post.
All of our data loggers that might be suitable for your application measure voltages, therefore you would need to find a way to convert the current measurements to voltages. You can then convert these values back in the software using scaling files. Unfortunately I cannot supply a circuit diagram of how to achieve this.
I would recommend the ADC-11, an 11 channel voltage logger. This has an input voltage range of 0 to 2.5V so you would need to use a potential divider to input the 0-10V signals.
The ADC-11 has a sampling rate of 10kS/s which is split between the active channels. The channels are set up in the software so if you changed the input you would need to change the appropriate settings in the software.
Hope this helps
