Need Logic Analyser-Data Acquisition Box for Atmel AT9xxx?

I need a Logic nalyser which can display at least 16 channels, preferably 32.
I'll be happy even with 8 if the sample rate and logging is good.

Sample rate about 20 MHz.
The total memory about 200 KB
access time 10 ns max.

The purpose is to detect slow spikes or slow transients?

Hi,

Thank you for your request, the only units that could measure the signals you specify are ADC-212/50, ADC-212/100, however these units are ocsilloscopes that can be used as data loggers. They have 2 channels, and it would not be possible to use multiple units.

If you could manage with just two channels, then please look at there specifications, and contact me again if you have further questions.
