GSM modem and pico logger EL005

How do i get a successful connection from my "master computer+modem" to my piccologger+GSM modem? I have set the link-baudrate in my logger to 9600. When I connect from my "master computer", pop it up a dialogbox "Get version- failed" ?? whay?? HELP!

Hi,

Have you set up the telephone details in the Settings | Configuration | Equipment

Make sure that you have changed the connection to Telephone + Modem.

Yes I have. I can connect and se my equipment but not load up my program to Picco? same pop-up windows, "get logger version- faild"..
