PS3224 - Collecting data in fast streaming mode

Hello,

I try to collect data for max 10s with a sampling rate of 100S/s. Out of the acquired data I have to extract the maximum value. In what order I have to call the functions for fast streaming? How can I export my acquired data to the application?
I develop my application with Microsoft Visual Studio 2008.
