|
|
Hi,
After sampling for about 1.5 hours at 1 sample every 2 seconds PicoLog crashes and exits with a 'Fatal Error' message.
I'm using software version R5.20.1 on Windows XP SP3.
I have 8 type K thermocouples attached to a USB TC08.
It happens every time. I always have the graph open.
Thanks for any help. |

Hello guest,
Please try the session with the graph view closed.

Hi John,
With the graph view closed picolog didn't crash. Will there be a patch available to fix this bug?
Thanks,
Will |

Hello Will,
This behaviour is related to a lack of computer processing overhead, rather than a bug.
Essentially, the production of a graph while also recording is a resource hungry application, which might be ameliorated by a more powerful computer.
