| I've just installed my new pico 3423 on my laptop running on windows vista. When i open the application, i get an appliction error right after it opens. I'm so frustrated. I just bought this thing....Can anybody help??? should i return this?? |

Hello amcutem,
Have you installed PicoScope 6 Automotive version and, is Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 installed on your computer?

| what's Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0. I have a new laptop w/ vista on it. That's all i know. |
