|
|
Hello all together,
I would like to run 2 interfaces e.g. ADC 20 and TC08-USB on my laptop. When installing the driver SW Pico Full V 5.20.1 I am asked the question for the typ of interface I would like to run. Depending on which I select the corresponding *.dll will be selected. That means I have to reinstall the application when changing of the interface. Otherwise the error message "usbtc08T.dll" or "PicoHRDL.dll" will be posted. That means in addition, I could never run both interfaces simultaneously. Or is there a way nevertheless to install the driver SW in a specific way to be able to do this?
Very best regards // Siggischatzi |

Hello Siggischatzi,
Please refer to section 3.12 of PicoLog user guide (http://www.picotech.com/document/pdf/plw044.pdf) for information on running multiple instances of PicoLog, which is what will be required for your chosen combination of products.
You may also need to remove and reinstall PicoLog, but make certain that you tick the box at device selection to support other devices.
Regards
John |
