Hi there

Since my old PC is not working well, i downloaded the software and re-installed it to a new PC. Even though i installed it step by step, i can't use it. Do i need the old data to copy and paste to the new PC? It's urgent now. If it can't go well, i may need to stop the manufacturing. SERIOUSLY!!

Hi Richard,

I'm very sorry if i cause you any inconveniences. Now it is OK. I uninstall it and then re-install it very carefully. Then it ran smoothly. I'm very sorry to give you any trouble. Anyway, i'm very appreciated your quick reply. I'm sure, in future, you can solve any problems occur in the Picolog. I'm new to that one. Thanks again!
