Hi,
You can't change the duty cycle on the standard signal generators but the is a way with the Arbitrary Wave form Generators used in the 5203, 5204, 2203, 2204 & 2205. For each duty cycle that you require, you need to generate a text file defining a waveform you want. Loading that into the AWG and adjusting for the correct frequency will give what you require for that particular mark/space. It is a bit long-winded but it might help in some cases.
