I can't start using a new USB-TC08 without this usbtc08.dll file. Why isn't downloadable, or on the installing disc?

Hi when you intsall the software it will install the driver for the product you have chosen. If you did not install the software for the USBTC-08 then it will not put the drivers on.

Have you got another Pico device installed on your computer ? If you do then you would have to install the software again for the USB TC-08.
