Hi.
I,m trying to set up my Enviromon for the first time, and have downloaded the latest software version.
But, when I start the program, it instantly "freezes" (Prog not responding).
Frustrating! Can someone give me a clue to what's wrong?
I'm running vista by the way.

This requires specific attention, therefore, could you please send an email to support@picotech.com with details of your overall EnviroMon system setup and computer specification.

Would you please also provide a telephone number in case we need to speak with you.
