Version Picolog for Windows 5.16.2
Can you advise me if this is a known fault with a solution.
We run Picolog 5.16.2 on Dell PC under Win 98 Release 2, TC-08 serial in the UK.
The pico time log loses about 4 hours a day - so, for example, a file started on 12th Feb, instead of showing 24th Feb is showing 22nd Feb.
-
This 'error' shows on the PC ctime/date lock, but resetting the PC time/date does not update the running pico data collection.
Regards

Hello Malcolm,
This seems to be a fault with the timing on your PC from which PicoLog derives its timing information, and simply changing the PC time will not correct the errors while PicoLog Recorder is running.
Out of interest, if you restart recording after resetting the PC time, does that make any difference? In any event, the problem with PC timing is not correctable in PicoLog.
Regards
