Capture and compare waveforms

I want to Capture voltage and/or current waveforms and compare it with previousle stored waveforms. The signal frequency is maximum 10 Mhz and signal voltage is max.40. Signal current is max. 5 A.

Please suggest me the scope and its software.

The PicoScope 3206 with x10 probe running PicoScope 5 may be suited to your requirement.
