Communicating with PT-104

I would like to communicate with PT-104 (Termistor converter) from MATLAB. MATLAB is able to communicate through a RS232 serial port. Thus my question is that I can communicate with PT-104 whit something like a terminal Emulator?

Hello Piero,

Please refer to section 5 of the user manual (http://www.picotech.com/document/pdf/pt104.pdf) for a detailed explanation of the serial interface.
