Hello,

I was looking at the specifications of the 5000 series and I saw it has an external trigger OUTPUT. I am looking for that feature to trigger an external device when the picoscope triggers. I download the demo software, but I didn't find this feature. Is the software missing that?

Hi and thank you for your post.

The BNC socket marked EXT is used as an external trigger input. There is however the AUXIO connector which can be used for two different purposes:

When PicoScope 6 is running it functions as a trigger input.
Programmers can use the API to configure it as a trigger input or output
