Hi Marco,
If I'm reading your post correctly, the "save on trigger" function will do this for you. It will take snapshots of each trigger and save it to the location you choose. This won't be a movie of a sixty second run. It will be individual captures. Each snapshot will be assigned a file number. You have the option to designate how many captures you want to be the maximum number of files stored.
