| Hello I have just bought secondhand an ADC-100. The software works well however it sometimes jumps to a minimum voltage level offset when its operating. This is disconcerting and the only way to get to correct operation again is to close the software and restart. I have tried both versions for XP on your website and both do the same. Any ideas or a different (older) version would be helpful |

The ADC100 uses a parallel interface, due to the way the XP works it has problems with some PCs. The ADC100 was designed before in the days when DOS was used. The parallel port adapter may resolve your problem:

This is designed to work on our products and only our products.
