| Can the 5000 series scope be used with picolog? Making use of the large buffer, can oversampling be used to reduce noise and increase resolution over the 8 bit sample size in the audio range (assuming noise will jitter the signal into different bins)? |

Hi and thank you for your post.
We currently do not have a pure logging feature for the PS5000, this will be added in the short term though. However you can currently choose a long timebase and log for just over half an hour. (200s/div)
We also have a resolution enhancement feature currently available in PicoScope 6.
