|
|
I am using a new ADC24 and am running software version 5.16.2 on Windows XP SP2. I am trying to save the PLW file as a CSV file, but it only inserts a comma between the time and the rest of the data; meaning, I only get two columns.
I have used this function extinsively in the past and it is written into published ISO procedures already. Is there going to be a fix to this error, or can I get a legacy version of the software since I am running XP and not Vista?
Thanks for your help. |

Thank you for your reply.
I have to ship this fixture within a matter of weeks, so it looks like I will have to edit my ISO procedure. Is the best alternate way to get data into Excel just to "select all" on the spreadsheet and "copy and paste" it into Excel? |

Hi and thank you for your post.
Yes you can do that or you can choose select all and then in spreadsheet mode choose "Write To Disk" and save it as a text file, which you can then load on to excel.
Kind regards |
