Hello,

I have just started to use Pico Scope 3205. Unfortunately ps3000.vi I have doesn't accept some of it's subroutines as a valid LabWIEV file. I'm using LabVIEW 8.2. Are VIs included in installation CD for older version? Can anyone provide me with the proper VIs for 8.2?

Thanks!

when trying to run ps3000.vi on labview 8.2 on a picoscope 3224 and windows xp, I get a block diagram error message- call library function node: function not found in library. I've tried it with ps3000.vi and ps3000_block_1_unit_7.1.lib both in a folder with just the two files and in a folder with lots of your downloads. In both cases, upon initial loading of ps3000, I get warnings about files found in a different than expected folder but the loading process does finish and I do see the front panel.

I'm new to Labview. I also don't know if I should post here or start a new query.

thanks for any help,

Joe,

LabView has the tendency to do this when re saved with the drivers not in the exact spot it expected them to be or when there are multiple drivers found on the PC. The trick to get around this is to open the .vi, find the functions that it says is not found, open the call box and select a different function (for example if its the open unit function select the unit_info call) and then click OK. Now reclick on that function and change it back to the original call. After you have gone through all the ones that were giving you errors save the vi and it should be good from then on.
